information you share by email or during an initial conversation
if we work together, supervision records such as our supervision agreement, notes of sessions, records of hours, invoices and payment details
technical information collected automatically when you visit this website, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, through cookies and analytics provided by the website platform

Please do not include identifying information about clients in the enquiry form or in emails. During supervision, client information should be discussed in de-identified form.

How I use your information

respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial conversation
provide clinical supervision and keep appropriate records
issue invoices and receive payments
meet my professional, legal and regulatory obligations

I will not use your information for marketing without your consent, and I do not sell or rent personal information.

How I protect your information

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. These include password-protected devices and accounts, secure storage of records, and using reputable service providers. Supervision records are kept for [the 7 year period required by law and professional guidelines] and then securely destroyed.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct it, by emailing me. I will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. In some limited circumstances the law may allow me to refuse access, and if so I will explain why.
